ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Contacts

Search Contacts

To search for a contact:

Click Contacts in the account management panel.

Click the Search link.

Enter the contact's name or telephone number in the search field. As you enter the name or number the list will show any contacts meeting your search criteria.

Adding Contacts

To add a contact:

Click Contacts in the account management panel.

Click the Add Contact button.

Enter the contact's name, telephone number, email address, and notes in the form fields.

Editing Contacts

To edit a contact:

Click Contacts in the account management panel.

Locate the contact you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

In this form you can add and update the contact information.

You can also add the contact to groups and assign tags to the contact.

You can also view any custom field values assigned to the contact.

Deleting Contacts

To delete a contact:

Click Contacts in the account management panel.

Locate the contact you wish to delete and click the Delete button.

Answer Yes to the prompt asking to delete the contact.

Groups

Group List

To view all groups:

Click Groups in the account management panel.

Adding Groups

To add a group:

Click Groups in the account management panel.

Click the Add Group button.

Enter the group name and description in the form fields.

Editing Groups

To edit a group:

Click Groups in the account management panel.

Locate the group you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

In this form you can add and update the group information.

You can also view the group assignment and removal sources by keyword and incoming text responses to survey questions.

Keywords

Keywords List

To view all keywords:

Click Keywords in the account management panel.

Adding Keywords

To add a keyword:

Click Keywords in the account management panel.

Click the Add Keyword button.

Enter the keyword, group assignment, survey assignment or template assignment,the remove-from group assignment, and the active status in the form fields.

Editing Keywords

To edit a keyword:

Click Keywords in the account management panel.

Locate the keyword you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

In this form you can edit the keyword, group assignment, survey assignment or template assignment, remove-from group assignment, and the active status.

Surveys

Surveys List

To view all surveys:

Click Surveys in the account management panel.

Adding Surveys

To add a survey:

Click Surveys in the account management panel.

Click the Add Survey button.

Enter the survey name, description and category in the form fields.

Editing Surveys

To edit a survey:

Click Surveys in the account management panel.

Locate the survey you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

In this form you can edit the survey name, description and the active status.

Add / Edit Survey Questions

To add or edit survey questions:

Click the Edit Questions button at the top of the edit survey form.

To Add a survey question click the Add Survey Question button at the top of the list.

Add a survey question:

Enter the survey question text and add custom field placeholders within the message.

Assign the question order within the list of questions (step).

Assign the ending action for this question.

Click the Advanced Options button to setup additional functionality for this question:


Update Field: When a response comes in for this question the response is assigned to either a custom field or contact field for the contact.

Generate Unique Code:

Code Creation Options: Select the type of calculation used to generate the unique code.

Custom Field: Select the custom field to assign the unique code to for this contact.

Calculate When: Select when the code is generated: before the question is sent, or when a response comes in to the question.

Overwrite: Select whether to overwrite an existing value in the custom field (if it was previously assigned)

Group Assignment: Select the group to assign the contact to if a response for the question is recieved.

Skip to Question: Select a survey question to skip to when a response comes in for this question.

Handling Responses:

All of the following actions can occur if a match is made to the list of words entered here to the incoming response for this question.

Assign Tag: Select a tag to assign to the contact.

Add to Group: Select a group to assign the contact to.

Send an SMS: Enter a phone number (1+area code+number), enter the message to be sent when a match occurs.

Start New Survey: Select a survey to send.

Remove from Group: Select a group to remove this contact from.

Skip to Question: Select a question to skip to.

Click the Add New Question button to save the survey question.

Templates

Templates List

To view all templates:

Click Templates in the account management panel.

Adding Templates

To add a template:

Click Templates in the account management panel.

Click the Add Template button.

Enter the template name.

Enter the template message and add custom field placeholders within the message.

Editing Templates

To edit a template:

Click Templates in the account management panel.

Locate the template you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

In this form you can add and update the template information.

Tags

Tags List

To view all tags:

Click Tags in the account management panel.

Adding Tags

To add a tag:

Click Tags in the account management panel.

Click the Add Tag button.

Enter the tag name, color and description.

Editing Tags

To edit a tag:

Click Tags in the account management panel.

Locate the tag you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

In this form you can add and update the tag information.

Categories

Categories List

To view all categories:

Click Categories in the account management panel.

Adding Categories

To add a category:

Click Categories in the account management panel.

Click the Add Category button.

Enter the category name, description and select the top level category.

Editing Categories

To edit a category:

Click Categories in the account management panel.

Locate the category you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

In this form you can add and update the category information.

Custom Fields

Custom Fields List

To view all custom fields:

Click Custom Fields in the account management panel.

Adding Custom Fields

To add a custom field:

Click Custom Fields in the account management panel.

Click the Add Custom Fields button.

Enter the custom field name, code (for placeholder reference), and description.

Editing Custom Fields

To edit a category:

Click Custom Fields in the account management panel.

Locate the custom field you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

In this form you can add and update the custom field information.

Media Files

Media Files List

To view all media files:

Click Media in the account management panel.

Delete a Media File: locate the media file in the list and click the Delete File button.

Media File Search

To search media files:

Click the Search link at the top of the list.

Enter the file name of the media file in the search box. All matching file names will display in the list.

Bulk Sending

Bulk Send List

To view all bulk send entries:

Click Bulk Send in the account management panel.

Billing

Purchase Credits

To purchase credits:

Click Purchase Credits in the account management panel.

Select the number of credits you want to purchase, click the Purchase button to make payment.

Account Upgrade

To upgrade your account plan:

Click Purchase Credits in the account management panel.

Click Upgrade My Plan in the purchase credit form.

Select the plan you want to upgrade to, click the Continue button to make payment.
