Which plan should I choose?
SMS messages are 1 credit each. So, for example, to send 1 SMS message to 500 subscribers 4 times a month, you would need 2,000 credits for that month. MMS messages are 3 credits each, so you would need 6,000 credits for the same volume and frequency.
Which countries is your service available in?
Our service is available in the U.S. and Canada. MMS is only available in the U.S. All prices shown in USD.
Are there any contracts or setup fees?
Is there a limit on how many contacts I can have?
No, we don’t limit how many lists or contacts you can have.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page in your account.
What is the character limit for text messages?
Typically SMS messages are limited to 160 characters. We now offer messages up to 765 characters.

Do you charge for each keyword?
No we don't. Our competitors do. We have built a system that allows you to have as many keywords and phrases as you like.
Do message credits rollover?
Yes! Just Yes!
How do you count messages?
Each message is equal to one message to one phone number. In other words, if you have 250 subscribers on one of your lists and you send a text blast to that list 2 times, you've used 500 messages.
What if I go over my monthly message allowance? Are there overage fees?
We've built a system that notifies you when you are getting low, and has the ability to reload your account automatically. There are no overage fees for going past your monthly amount. There are no surprise charges, ever!
